Olympic/Power Lifting & Mobility

This class focuses on developing the strength and execution of the Olympic and Power lifts: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Deadlift, Press (Overhead and Bench), and Squat. Each session will begin with a full 20 minutes of mobility development, technique drills, and strength sets, all specifically designed to improve the Olympic and Power lifts.

Open Gym

Open gym is available for clients to workout on their own, without instruction, to master any skill or workout they choose. To participate in the Open Gym you must have an active subscription. Members can bring a friend to try their first workout free!


The On-Ramp consist of approximately four hours of class instruction that will introduce you to the basics of CrossFit, training at a pace that should match your physical abilities. Participants must begin the on ramp program before participating in the group classes. The On-Ramp is included with first months membership.
