CrossFit Kids Summer 2018

CrossFit Kids is expanding at TC Total CrossFit!

CrossFit Kids and Family classes begin June 18,  Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm, $20 per family – everyone works out together!  5 family/12 kid limit per class.  Existing members pay $10 for kids.  Kids may also work out without parents.  

CrossFit Teens – introduction to strength training begins June 18, Mondays and Thursdays at 7:15 PM.  Open to ages 10 – 13 (or older teens with no crossfit experience) $10 per class.  Space limited to 8 kids.


CrossFit Families will start with a group warm-up, and then skill work followed by one big WOD scaled for parents and children.  Time permitting, the class will end with game play.  Parents are welcome to join their children, or if they prefer to do the regular WOD for that day, may do their own workout on the side.  Kids are welcome to work out without parents present.    

CrossFit Teens intro to strength training will go through all the basic lifts: back squat, bench press, deadlift and strict press.  Depending on the skill level of the class, jerks and cleans may also be taught.  The weight loads will be safe, and each student will receive individualized attention from a CF L1 and CrossFit Kids coach.  Parents who are members are welcome to work out on the sidelines during the teen class.  


Mondays: June 18, 25, July 9, 16, 23, 30, Aug. 13, 20, 27

Thursdays: June 21, 28, July 19, 26, Aug. 9, 16, 23, 30

No Classes July 2, 5, 12, Aug, 2, 6
