Christine W, Owner / InstructorChristine Watts, Co-Owner and trainer at TC Total Crossfit, started CrossFit in 2009. Since then, she has attained her Level 1, Olympic Lifting and Mobility Certifications and is a Certified USAW - L1SP Sports Performance Coach. In addition to coaching, Christine has grown increasingly competitive within the CF arena. After qualifying and competing in the Sectionals Open as well as the CF Regionals four consecutive years, Christine finally achieved her goal of competing in the CrossFit World Games in California finishing 14th overall for Masters Women and has since placed 18th and 13th in following years as well as 6th in the Wodapalooza and 1st in the Granite Games. Although CrossFit is her main passion, Christine also enjoys triathlons,

Jennifer M, InstructorJennifer began CrossFit in 2009 by recommendation of a friend and knew immediately it was something she loved. She enjoys the sense of community, the friendly, competitive atmosphere, and the constant challenge each day brings. Jennifer enjoys competitive swimming, marathons and competing in triathlons. She has found that CrossFit has helped her change her approach and training for these endurance sports. Jen has taken part in Crossfit Masters' competitions and holds a CrossFit Level 1 Certificate.

Carl S, InstructorCarl has been a member at TC Total CrossFit since January 2012. Prior to finding CrossFit, Carl threw discus and hammer on the track team at Hope College. CrossFit changed his mentality regarding fitness and life in general. Carl is passionate about the continual self-improvement of all members and the CrossFit community in general. Carl is a Level 1 CrossFit Coach.

Crossfit Training Tips

TIP 1

HYDRATE! Probably one of the best tips we can give you - Make sure you bring plenty of water.


TIP 2

Come 10 minutes early for class, especially if you are a beginner. This will help us to get you acquainted with the equipment.


TIP 3

Complete your booking online through our website. To book your class online, simply click on the scheduling link above.


TIP 4

Wear stable soled shoes that are comfortable and provide good support!
